"I love singing with TFC because of the feel of family, we’re all so close and our director really makes it feel like we’re one big family every time we come together."
Kiri Taylor is a professional choral musician and Celtic folk singer, as well as a library assistant in the Charleston County Public Library system. She has spent many years studying opera and classical singing and was cast in a few different lead opera roles in her undergraduate career. She attended the College of Charleston for both her bachelors in vocal performance and her Masters of Arts in Teaching concentrating on choral conducting. She has now decided to pivot her career and is getting a masters of Library Science through University of South Carolina’s online program. Kiri enjoys spending time reading and watching different tv shows with her boyfriend Justin and her cats Morris and Tinker.

My fondest TFC memory isn't just one... I have so many favorite memories, but the Ireland trip is definitely in my top core TFC memories. More recently though was the ACDA conference in Louisville Kentucky where we performed and premiered a piece. I love all of the memories that are made when TFC comes together, so choosing just one or two was tough.
My life's motto is "I can never be surrounded by too many books"
I'm passionate about Reading and writing, I am currently getting my Master of Library Science and my love of reading and books was a huge drive to do so.
The song I could listen to on repeat is First Light or Francesca by Hozier, because These songs are transcendent, his whole album that these come from his amazing.
This year I want to FINALLY finish writing my book
If I could only read three books for the rest of my life, they would be anything by Brandon Sanderson, his Mistborn trilogy kind of changed my life, The Percy Jackson books, and Anything science fiction or fantasy.
One of my secret indulgences is Romance novels, the cornier the better
Good Omens is one of my favorite TV shows because Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett are geniuses (the writers of the book that inspired the tv show).
I want to meet Brandon Sanderson.
